The Hope Bus is touring the Nation, lighting a Torch of Inspiration to every City it visits.
50 Charities in 50 Days!
To view some of our Participating Charities,
Empower and Inspire Every Man, Woman and Child to make a Difference!
The mission of the Hope Bus is threefold:
(1) To bring awareness of local and grassroots charities to community residents. To this end, The Hope Team will visit selected charities, learn more about the charities through interviews, and share their stories via media sources including radio, television, newsprint and online social media networks;
(2) To inspire community residents (collectively and individually) to become involved in volunteerism in an effort to create a neighborhood support system; and
(3) To lead by example, The Hope Bus Tour will encourage charities to build alliances and share scarce resources in an effort to strengthen their collective organizations in a tough economy that is especially challenging for nonprofits.
Each Charity will host its own Event. By including more than one charity per city, we are creating a social network of volunteers, creating liaisons between different charities, and helping people see that with combined efforts, they can extend their reach and take on greater challenges than ever before.
Goals & Objectives
The Hope Bus Tour will launch in New York City on September 21st, 2009 and will travel up to Bosten, MA and down to Florida.
1-3 charities will be chosen from each city to be the highlight and organizers of the event.
With the help of international speakers, coaches, and authors, we are expanding individual involvement with the community, by increasing people’s awareness of opportunities. We will teach people simple ways to make a difference by reaching out and becoming service-oriented.

Senior Angels - The Umbrella of the Hope Tour
Over 2 years ago, Helena had planned to go on tour with the Hope Bus and encourage people to share what they have, serve others and reach out to the community. Shortly after, she learned that her husband needed a kidney transplant. Her plans went to the back-burner until earlier this year, when she heard the news: They have a living kidney donor for her Husband!
Helena has been truly blessed in her live with a wonderful Family, Health, a successful Career as an athletic Coach and Executive Coach, Speaker and Author. She has met inspiring people on her way. One of the most inspirational was Bob Burg - the Co-Author of 'The Go-Giver'. He was another example who celebrated his Success by giving back to the Community. Bob Burg agreed to speak about Hope and Giving during the Hope Bus Tour, and many other Speakers followed his example.
Helena is grateful for the Opportunity to launch this Project with the Support from people all over the Nation!
The Hope Team is dedicated to bringing HOPE back to those who have lost it, and empowering all people to thrive in this challenging economy.
Phase One: East Coast
Our idea is based on a simple concept: We light a torch and pass the flame to the people around us, so that they can pass it on again. We will create an avalanche and a ripple effect. We will involve people actively in projects, rather than simply speak about it. We will teach them how to fish!
Our mission is about “paying it forward” and finding joy, purpose and empowerment by reaching out to the ones that are less fortunate than us.
Each Charity will host its own Event. By including more than one charity per city, we are creating a social network of volunteers, creating liaisons between different charities, and helping people see that with combined efforts, they can extend their reach and take on greater challenges than ever before.
With the help of our professional coaches and speakers, we imbue the community with a spirit of service and giving until it becomes a way of life. We combine inspirational speaking with practical, hands-on teaching to make the concept real and tangible.
Service and giving have enriched our lives and thousands of other lives. The Hope Team has experienced this firsthand, and the Team is excited about sharing this with the rest of the Nation!
Our Vision
Our Vision is to establish Hope Centers. We will not only train people in our Service and Giving Model, but also provide continuity of Inspiration. We will publish Information and conduct interactive Teaching Sessions through various Media Channels, such as Webinars, Tele-Seminars, online Forums, and Community Outreach Programs.
